My skin is treating me quite differently in my 30s than it did in my 20s. Anyone else? I’ve noticed more lines and pore definition than I ever have and I don’t like it one bit! I’ve always been really good about washing my face every night and don’t wear face makeup regularly. What I hadn’t been good about, is regular sunscreen when we aren’t specifically hanging out in the sun, or other real methods of helping my skin deal with aging. I have started on a quest to be better to my face and to try to prevent as much aging as possible!
Some things that I’ve been focused on doing, which I find helpful, are exfoliating, drinking tons of water, eating enough essential fatty acids, cutting out sugar and starting a better moisturizing routine.
