My skin is treating me quite differently in my 30s than it did in my 20s. Anyone else? I’ve noticed more lines and pore definition than I ever have and I don’t like it one bit! I’ve always been really good about washing my face every night and don’t wear face makeup regularly. What I hadn’t been good about, is regular sunscreen when we aren’t specifically hanging out in the sun, or other real methods of helping my skin deal with aging. I have started on a quest to be better to my face and to try to prevent as much aging as possible!
Some things that I’ve been focused on doing, which I find helpful, are exfoliating, drinking tons of water, eating enough essential fatty acids, cutting out sugar and starting a better moisturizing routine.

Oh, I love reading about skincare! I also am trying to take great care of my skin now that I'm 30! I like to use a few different products and mix it up on different days. One of my favorite things to do is just use pure aloe vera and slather it on my face at night. It feels so refreshing and leaving my skin soft and smooth!
