The recipes are simple and delicious. I made beef lettuce wraps, bacon wrapped chicken and tilapia tacos this month. All were easy, quick and got thumbs up from the hubs. {This is a big deal, y’all} 
One of my favorite recipes is a side dish that I think will become a staple is:
Garbanzo Bean Salad
 Chop veggies
 Add seasoning
 Add olive oil
 Toss and chill for 2 hours
Isn’t that easy? I ate leftovers for lunch the next day with some feta sprinkled in. Mmhh, mmhhh.
15 oz can garbanzo beans, rinsed & drained
1 cucumber, chopped
¼ c chopped onion
2 Roma tomatoes, chopped
½ red bell pepper, chopped ( I used a green one because it was about to go bad)
1 T fresh chopped parsley
½ c olive oil
¼ t oregano (ran out of oregano so I used basil)
Salt & pepper to taste
