Last year, I hosted an Easter Egg Hunt for our neighborhood, so this year, even though there were 17 kids instead of 10, I did it again.
Because there isn’t much that will keep me away from a good themed party.
Twine eggs inspired by this pin that goes nowhere. Isn’t that the most frustrating thing on the planet? I googled twine eggs and saw several tutorials that used knitting twine and starch.
These suckers were delish and oh so rich. I put them on this dollar tree egg platter and they looked so adorable!
Bunny Bait! I modified the recipe a bit, but you can find it here. I used 2 bags of popcorn, 1 bag M&Ms, and about 10 oz of almond bark.
Peep Cupcakes inspired from here, and I used funfetti spring cupcake mix and icing.
All my boys with baskets of eggs. I’m so in love with them.
Eeek! This ‘I’m so excited I need my belly to hang out and and my fist to be clenched’ face melts my heart.
There were kiddos everywhere!
See that green yard? I’m pretty sure the hubs loves it more than any other thing in our house. I think he’s spent more on fertilizer and sprinklers than I have on clothes and shoes this year. That’s pretty impressive.
Cooper even filled up a basket for Callan. He has such a sweet heart.
I have outfits ready and baskets all prepped for Sunday. Holidays with kids is awesomesauce.
so cute you did a great job!!
I'm so envious of that grass!
Precious! You are super mom. I don't know how you do all that awesome stuff!
Oh! And I'm coming at the end of the month so you better have a good party planned then too! 🙂
So sweet!! And B does an excellent job on the yard.. I can say that, since I've seen it in person. 🙂 Your boys are presh, and so are you for hosting that again!
You're so cute! And I agree – holidays with the kids are fantastic! I'm not sure who is more excited about Easter – me or Mia? It's her first year where she's really into it and gets what's going on. She's been talking about the Easter Bunny for days!
You're awesome!
So, so cute!!
What a fun party! You did a great job!
Ah, love it! And you're so right about holidays with kids being "awesomsauce". Lovebug's only just a year, but holidays just mean so much more with her. Happy Easter!
Girl, you were BUuuuuuuuuuuusyyyy!! So many fun treats!
