I’ve had a couple people ask me to do a make-up tutorial, I’ve thought “there’s no way”. I don’t even know how to put on make-up and I wear the same thing every day.
But maybe that’s good. I’m an amateur. I wear drugstore makeup, for the most part. And my routine is so strict that I could do it in my sleep.
So here’s what my make-up looks like everyday.

And here’s what I wear:
bareMinerals Original Foundation in medium beige. I don’t wear this all over. I just use the concealer brush to touch funky spots, then brush the big flawless face brush over my face without any make-up on it. I’m about to finish a container I bought over a year ago.
bareMinerals Warmth All-Over Face Color. I may love this bronzer too much. I use it on my cheeks and a little on my forehead. It gives you a nice sun kissed look.
Mary Kay Mineral Eye Color Bundle in brilliant blue eyes. This thing is Molly proof. See that step by step instructional? Yeah, used everyday for the first month I wore it. I use the medium eyelid tutorial at the top. The colors in the bundle are Hazelnut, Chocolate Kiss and Spun Silk.
Maybelline Unstoppable Eyeliner in Espresso is the eyeliner I’ve worn for years. I line the entire upper lid and about 2/3 of the way in on the bottom. I have no idea why I do this, but either I read it, or someone told me to do it and I like.
Maybelline Volum’ Express The Falsies in Blackest Black. This mascara is on my “top 3 items necessary if stranded on an island” list. If I don’t put on makeup one day, I almost always curl my lashes and put on mascara.
E.L.F Luscious Liquid Lipstick in Nude Pink. This stuff is my new fave. And its $1. Why not?!
Lastly is a little embarrassing. When I needed something to make little boy chapped lips feel better, I bought Boudreaux’s Baby Kisses. (Yes, the same makers of Butt Paste) The stuff is fantastic and I stole it for my makeup bag. It takes care of little chapped lips like a dream, too!
There ya have it! What is your favorite makeup product?
Love your look! I use Revlon Colorstay foundation for my combination skin and it is awesome. I struggle with adult acne, but it doesn't break my face out. Thanks for sharing!
I use bare minerals the same way! I love your day to day makeup!!
Your makeup is gorgeous! I am a big fan of bare minerals as well.
Soooo pretty Molly!!
I love your makeup look. It is nice and natural which is how I prefer my makeup as well. I'm a MAC addict personally- though I'll try anything! 🙂

bare Minerals is my favorite.. but I go through it a lot! I try to get it from ULTA with their 20% off coupon or on eBay.
I am soooo not a make-up gal, either…just some under eye concealer, bronzer and mascara!! I am totally going to try the ELF lip gloss, though…I always want a little something (other than chapstick), but hate every single color I try. THANKS!!!
I'm just impressed that you have time to put makeup on and take it off everyday. As for me, I just wear Burt's Bees lip gloss at home every day. It works great for keeping chapped lips away. If I wear makeup when I'm out and about, it's Clinique. They've been my go-to for years. We're talking like for almost 25yrs. And people seriously still think I'm a college student. No complaints here! 🙂 Their 3-step skin care is amazing and their exfoliating scrub is unmatched. It's definitely a splurge, but when I consider I only have to buy it about twice or at the most three times a year, it comes out to about what I'd pay if I used OTC products. Can you tell I'm biased?! I worked for the company in the past and I know their products are worth it.
I've been wanting to try something new lately… maybe I will give bare minerals a try… I've been using the MAC foundation/powder in one FOREVERS.
You my dear, are flawless. Seriously. I just keep looking back at your make up to see if I can pick up any simple tricks for myself!
i love that you dont do a heavy makeup application. I love when women o a more natural look. it helps bring out your own personal features.

Such a good tutorial. I wish I had good enough skin that I didn't need to put foundation all over my face but unfortunately, I worshiped tanning beds at a young age.
