Friday started the hubs 4 day weekend and we went to the airport that morning to pick up Pa and Ma’am! Cooper was so excited to hold up his sign!
That afternoon, we went to see the new baby Doctor. We both loved her so I feel a huge sense of relief that I have a Doc now! They didn’t do an ultrasound, so no news of the sex for 3.5 more weeks!
We had a 40th Anniversary dinner on Saturday for the hubs parents. They spent their Anniversary in South Africa, but we wanted to celebrate here. I made beef tenderloin with wine sauce, twice baked potatoes, and sugared carrots, followed by a big white cake.
Memorial Day weekend wouldn’t be complete without ice cream cones, right?
Dude is such a poser. (And has had a haircut since these pics!)
We spent the day Sunday barbecuing and roasting marshmallows at my Sis-in-law’s house and Monday we were straight up lazy. Chinese take-out, the park and the pool. I am so happy that our pool is finally open! Y’all know where to find us every morning this summer! Now if I could just figure out some way to get the back of me tan..
You are looking great! And congrats to your in-laws – 40 years is impressive!
First. Can I tell you how cute you look?? Awww. And love that tank.
Second. Can I tell you how envious I am that you have a community pool? That is the one thing I wish we had. Enjoy this summer!! It is still gray and gloomy here.
You look so cute!!
Happy 40th to your inlaws, that is awesome!
Love the ice cream photos, especially the grumpy face!
Adorable pictures and I love the chairs on your patio! Ahhhhh yes figuring out how to tan the back, I remember those days 🙂
Glad you had a great weekend and now I want Chinese food!
How cute is Cooper with his icecream cone!
40 years is a great milestone, my parents have only been married a little more than half that time.
You look amazing with your bellay 🙂
You are so cute! LOVE Coop's faces! Too precious!
Great pics! And I love your blue top, so loovely 🙂
You look so cute!
And Cooper is so adorable…love those poses 🙂
You look so cute! So does Cooper. 🙂
It sounds like you had a great weekend!
I'm so glad you found a doctor you like. Love the baby bump!
Never thought about having problems tanning the back! Lol. Your bump and you are SO cute!
Maybe lay on your side with the sun at your back?
That would stink cause the most relaxing way for me to lay in the sun is on my belly! Something about the sun beating down on my face feels hotter than it beating on the back of my head.
Found your blog from Houghton Happenings… you are the cutest pregnant person ever!
p.s… love the tanning spray too!
hah, Cooper is such a monkey, him and my Karsyn would have such a blast together!!
Love those pics!
