My brain is simply bursting with new information. So much that I figured I should share some with you.
1. Washington DC metro is completely incapable of handling this much snow.

2. Convincing your realtor to take you house hunting in the snow is hard.
3. Foreclosed homes do not have shoveled walkways.
{Notice our poor realtor in the front up to her butt in snow}

4. These high heel, OTK boots are perfectly capably of being snow boots.
{The heels dig in to the snow well, and I only fell once}
5. Jet Blue will cancel your flight home at the simple thought of snow, and get you on another flight, oh,
3 DAYS LATER.
6. No matter how beautiful the snow is, it looses it’s beauty real fast when you are stuck inside with a toddler and no toys.
{Don’t forget to head over to my review blog for a $50 Safeway Gift Card!}
Tons of snow…good times. There's like a blizzard going on now in Philly and it's insane! Hope the house hunting is going well.
Holy SNOW! We have it here today too. SO pretty to look at…not to live in!! Hope that the transition is going good!
Yup. We have 30 inches from the Saturday storm and are in the midst of aquiring another 20… it's a freaking blizzard here, and we're completely stuck. The upside? I haven't been to work since last Thursday 🙂
1. DC isnt used to this much snow…or the metro i should say!!! its out of the norm for us and sorry you had to go house hunting during the snowstorm and lastly its does get ugly real quick when with toddlers!!! my kiddo is driving me nuts but i still love her 😀
Oh no! Molly! Those things SUCK!!! I hope you get home and warm with lots of toys soon!!!

ah yeah, hubs work in DC and he is been off for 4 days. Its been seriously bad this time. Glad you got home safe.
U Texas gals cannot even imagine snow like that! YIKES! What would we do all day? HA! Just found your blog and your son is just gorgeous! Love, love the boots in this post!!! Stop by and visit sometime!
Yes, DC is not the best place to be in 30 inches of snow. Philadelphia is better, but when we leaved in Boston — they were the best. Nothing closed down that city!
Best of luck house hunting and moving. Hope you found something wonderful for your family!
Hope you're not stranded in all that snow! I gave your blog an award today!!! Check it out:
