Cooper is chatty. He loves to talk, and he especially loves to talk on the phone. He will come and take the phone away from me, put it up to his ear and walk away. His usual phone words are hello, papa and uh-oh. He always nods instead of actually saying yes, and he blows lots of kisses.
Please tell me I am not the only one who’s kid walks around pantsless and who’s floors look like a war zone. What you see are the contents of “his” cabinet. The plastic plates and cups. He empties the entire thing out on a regular basis. I have gotten to where I only clean up when he goes to sleep. It is just not worth wasting my time before then.
Here he is web chatting with Grandma, Grandpa and his cousin. Thank God for technology so he knows who they are! Okay, well the ulterior motive is so he is comfortable with them when they come this fall, so I can run away. I mean shop. I mean do something productive.
This new found love of the phone makes me have to be more careful with where I leave it. He has changed the names of most of the speed dials and he frequently calls people on my cell phone. I have found the phone more than once in a pile with his toys, and it has been off the hook for over 2 hours. Whoops.
Now, me and the operator that ask me to please hang up and dial again, are BFF’s.

hi!
I'm new to the blogging world and came across your blog and have really enjoyed it. Quick question…Wonderful Wednesdays:: what is it about…do you just write something and then post a link at the bottom?

He is too cute. Landon just always tries to eat the phone when I put it up to his ear. But he has already called someone on accident on his daddy's iphone. I think it is good that he gets to interact with your family via the web thats so neat.

Addison is ALWAYS calling people on our cellphones. I found her the other day under the dining room table actually having a conversation with her uncle. And most times, she is pantsless( sometimes without a diaper OR big girl undies) and with crazy hair. I have a video I am trying to upload of her having a semi-meltdown without pants.

SO cute!! And I love how you have him interacting with Grandma and Grandpa. Very good idea! Isn't technology grand?
I have an (almost) one year old, and will pick up any phone and put it to her ear, while saying "ello"? And if you try to take the phone from her? WATCH OUT!
And, by the way, you are SO not the only mom who has a kid that walks around pantless, while the floor looks like a war zone. Check out my Wordless Wednesday post from a couple of weeks ago that is linked in this weeks, and you'll see for yourself! 😉 LOL
Glad to have found your blog!

Taylor LOVES all of our phones!! We call Daddy everyday after I pick her up from school. She "shows" him all of her projects through the phone.
1/2 of the time she is either pantless or topless!!

Awww my little sisters are 2 and 4 and they can't get enough of the phone. I bought the older one a little princess phone and she loves it. The littlest one has a play cell phone and she just sits around talking to herself, it's the cutest thing!

Haha Adorable pictures! My son loves talking on the phone too! And yes he walks around half dressed quite frequently so no worries there!
Caden has his own cabinet in our kitchen too. It has saved me when I've been trying to cook dinner so many times. Now he runs and gets a bowl, cup, or plate and tells me eat or water or whatever it is he may be wanting. I swear the kid is getting too smart! 😀

Tooooo Cute! He is a doll! I'm not a mommy yet, but I'm Auntie to a lot of little ones and I've seen them all pantless and in a war zone 🙂 Thanks for following my blog!

Okay, my son totally trashes the house when he's awake. I try to put the bigger things back where they belong, ie : his high chair, the dog kennels, push toys, etc. But after he goes down for his nap or bedtime, I'm putting everything back into my cupboards finally. Like you said, there's no since in doing it while he's awake.
Also, the only time he has pants on are when we're out in public. There's just no need for them in the house!

OMGosh too cute, my boys are the same. My oldest has learned how to call my parents almost every day!
No worries about the floor I'm the same girl to much work to keep picking up every moment!

I love this, and I can totally relate. Talking on the phone, running around bottomless, cupboard contents strewn everywhere. All of it. Isn't it such a fun, crazy ride? And he is SO cute in that picture – he just looks so serious! I love it. 🙂

I think those webcams are the greatest..
My Nephew when he was 2,now 20 YIKES.lived in North Dakota at the time picked up the phone dialed a number and carried on a conversation with "grandma" for almost an hour. My brother thought his wife dialed my moms number and she thought he dialed the number. Come to find out it was not Grandma barb in Ohio but another grandma in another state. They all got a good laugh. She said she enjoyed the conversation. She thought it was her grandson LOL

Aww. Cute. My daughter used to walk around and point to stuff. She didn't get that the person on the other end couldn't see her. So adorable they are.

Too funny! Jakey does the same thing, if something even looks like a phone he will pick it up and say Hello and OK a lot or uh huh! Lovely! Its too funny! He has also dialed numerous people (luckily not the cops yet) and also has lost so far 1 of our cordless phones – still have yet to find it after 2 months!
And btw – Jake runs around all the time in a diaper and shirt, I mean if you are going to be changing them all the time why waste your time putting on and taking off pants!
