Ahhh, summertime. There’s really nothing like a summer vacation with the wind in your hair and the sand in your toes, is there? Fashion is one of my favorite parts of summer and I love getting together a little collection of looks for our warm weather vacation. This typically means my suitcase is full of things that are light, bright and make me feel good in my own (tan) skin. This maxi dress does just that and I love how the bottom of it blows in the breeze.

I grabbed this complete look while shopping at JCPenney. Yes, the JCPenney you remember your mom shopping at is full of on-trend pieces that are sure to put a little sizzle in your summer wardrobe. This dress is from their Bisou Bisou brand, which actually had so many maxi dresses I loved, it was hard to make a decision. I finished the look with a necklace of tassels and pom poms, which are two unstoppable trends this year. The cute wallet/clutch was just the icing on the vacation outfit cake. Sunglasses on a wallet? Count me in.
