Happy 2018! I took some unintentional time away from the blog here and have been loving the time with my family! But along with time together, I’ve been super lax about my diet. I’m always an advocate of everything in moderation, but I have some holiday fluff that I want to get off asap! So, The Hubs and I are starting another round of Whole30. We had amazing results last time and I felt amazing. Since we have done it before, I might not do the entire 30 days, but it’s my goal! And if you haven’t done a complete, no cheat Whole30, I can’t recommend it enough! If you’re interested in trying it, this Whole30 dinner meal plan should get you started!
Since our dinners over the next month are Whole30 approved and all planned, I know there won’t be any varying from that. I threw in a few new meals and those are marked with the *. I also added in a copy of my calendar, in case that makes it easier for you to save or print!
