Hello is this thing on?! If you don’t follow me on social media, you might think we dropped off the face of the earth! We didn’t, but dang it sure has felt like that the last few weeks! We moved from Michigan, went on a month long trip, lived in a furnished rental of a friends for 3 weeks and then finally moved into our rental house. We are finally semi settled, still with plenty of boxes around, but enough to get back to meal planning. I’ll find enough time soon to actually update on all the happenings of the last 3 months, but for now, let’s talk food! I’m focusing on healthy, easy meals that don’t take a lot of thought or more than basic ingredients. Here is our weekly plan, with links to all the recipes!
Weekly Meal Plan
Monday: Hot Honey Chicken, Roasted Potatoes, Green Beans
Tuesday: Beef and Broccoli, Rice
Wednesday: Blackstone Fajitas
Thursday: Bang Bang Salmon, Salad
Friday: Crockpot Ziti (I’ve used blended cottage cheese in place of ricotta in this and no one in my family can tell!)
Saturday: Taco Bar with Shredded Chicken
Sunday: Leftovers or out!
