Every time I do an Instagram poll, I get questions about what I eat in a day. I almost always forget to take pictures of my every meal! Last week, I got 2 full days in and finally will share. I am kinda all over the place with my meals, but I definitely have some go to favorites!
What I Eat In A Day
Day 1 Breakfast – La Tortilla Factory Low Carb Wrap, Scrambled Eggs, Good Culture Cottage Cheese
Day 1 Lunch – Leftovers from dinner the night before (I do this a lot!) Chicken, Veggies and Rice.
Day 1 Snack – Cottage Cheese with Pretzel Thins
Day 1 Dinner – Sticky Asian Turkey Meatballs, Rice, Sautéed Spinach
Day 2 Breakfast – Kodiak Protein Oats, Greek Yogurt, Blueberries
Day 2 Lunch – Dave’s Killer Bread, Cottage Cheese, Tomato, Everything But the Bagel Seasoning
Day 2 Snack – Noosa Lemon Yogurt
Day 2 Dinner – Berry Goat Cheese Salad, Baked Potato with Greek Yogurt, Lemon Parmesan Chicken Tenders
And that’s a couple days of what I eat in a day! As you can see, I love my cottage cheese. 🙂
