Happy Monday and Happy Labor Day! After quite a busy Summer of traveling and having our floors replaced last week on the first week of school, I am more than ready to get back to meal planning! I’m feeling the endless meals out and ready to cook healthy food. What better day than today to kick off with a fresh meal plan! It is Lincoln’s birthday, so we will be feasting tonight, then ready for the plan tomorrow. Hope you find this helpful in making meals for your family this week!
Monday – Labor Day/Lincoln’s Birthday Dinner
Tuesday – Garlic butter steak with brussel sprouts and roasted sweet potatoes
Wednesday – Hibachi chicken, veggies and fried rice
Thursday – Mahi mahi with lemon cream sauce, roasted potatoes and spinach
Friday – Ginger glazed ramen bowls
Saturday – Taco night – we do a bit of DIY here, taco salads, spaghetti squash taco boats, or regular tacos!
Sunday – Homemade pizza
