We are decorated and ready for Christmas 2023! This is our 3rd Christmas in this house, but only the second year we’ve been able to decorate! If you’ve been around awhile, you know we moved in on December 23, 2021 and didn’t have any of our stuff delivered until after the new year. It was a great first Christmas in Michigan, but I’m happier being settled!
Rug | Lanterns (new version this year) | Front Door Wreaths |
Christmas Tree | Mirror | Table | Nativity Set
One of our favorite traditions are these Danbury Mint ornaments. My in-laws gift them to us every year and we have quite the collection growing.
Tree | Pillow Cover Set
Another tradition ornament are these Wallace silver bells. They are from my side of the family and I’ve been collecting them since I was a teenager. I also have some from my late grandma and uncles collections, which are really special!
Our basement tree holds all of our family ornaments. We have these from our first year of marriage all the way to now and we usually try to grab them on our travels each year.
Upstairs, we have our very first tree from 2005. It’s 6ft tall and was $25 on black friday. It now holds all the kids handmade and special ornaments and I love walking by it every day!
That’s a wrap! Hope you enjoyed our Christmas home tour this year. It sure brings me a lot of joy for it to be all festive!
